Is the kitten still nursing? or are you bottle feeding it? if you are bottle feeding it, what are you putting in t he bottle, and how much are you letting it drink? it could be drinking too much or you could be feeding it the wrong thing.

At 4 weeks a kitten should be eating soft kitten food or a kitten formula like KMR.

We need to know what, how, and how much you are feeding it in order to help more.
