i was wondering if anyone wanted to have a contest of who knows more about fish not like it really matters but just for fun. So if you want o participate reply to this topic and then after a day we will start also we will need to very knowledgable judges to decide what the answer is. Okay guys and girls, it's time to step back and think a bit. We have people here who are very knowledgeable about fish and some who are just learning. They came here to learn about fish, not grammer. We also have some very young members, so be patient. Remember that a little encouragement goes a long way. There is a difference between CRITIQUE and CRITICISM. If you can't read a post then don't respond. There's no need to be derogatory. With regard to a knowledge contest with moderators judging: As Hooben stated in another post it takes us about 2 1/2 hours just to get through reading all the daily posts. I think that the easiest solution is to just have a vote by the members as to who they think is the most knowledgeable. There should be enough evidence of this. Of course, moderators will have to be excluded, since we know everything. LOL. Everyone have a good day, and try to be patient. IP: Logged |

NTC, The punctuation bothers me as well sometimes, but we have to remember this is an internet message board. Besides, if you want to get picky "Your punctuation is so bad too. could I make a suggestion?.... Perhaps maybe people are not volunteering to play the game because they are afraid of the hostility surfacing already....and the game has not yet begun. Red Devil and Newton the Cat..I wonder what a compromise would be.... This thread has 39 posts and is not progressing. The reason for the lack of progress is that most likely people are afraid of facing ridicule from their answers.
