i got home from work today, and notice that my golden retreiver was shaking and didnt hardly want to move. when he finally did he was whining as he moved. he is six years old. should i take him to the vet? please help IP: Logged |

It is quite obvious your dog needs to see a vet NOW. You can always call and ask your vet if you are unsure rather than posting and having to wait for a response.

Hi, Yes! please take him/her to the vet. If your dog is shaking, he or she is in obvious pain. I wouldn't take any chances, no telling what is wrong with the poor thing. Please let us know what the vet said. Thanks and Good luck! Susan IP: Logged |

Hi, I just wanted to say that: I hope that we didn't come off as being too harsh, it's just that it sounds like your dog needed immediate attention.
