Hmmm, what are you feeding her? She probably had an upset stomach. Maybe she swallowed something she wasn't suppose to... If you want to know some good/healthy/QUALITY brand name dog foods, trust me, they won't be in Petco., Petsmart, or other major pet stores like these. You will have to go to these companies website i'll list here, and contact them for your local distributor.
These are my favorite so far, in this particular order (all being dry/kibble form):
Wellness
Innova
Canidae
Natural Balance
Theirs a lot more companies that make QUALITY foods, but for now, these are the companies i go w/ for "dry/kibble" type foods. Check them out & learn about INGREDIENTS. Good Luck!!!

I am wondering also how old your puppy is? Like the above post says. Feed a high quality food and there is less to worry about. It could be pup ate some grass or just had a bad day. Pups do eat things they are not supposed to eat. Keep a close eye on him. If he continues to vomit take him to the vet. Make sure you keep him hydrated also.

Make sure you keep a close eye on him about this vomiting... How are his poops? If they are not normal either, take your puppy to the vet ASAP, it may be something a lot worse, like parvo. I don't want to scare you, it may be nothing after all, just something he swallowed, (puppies are very good at getting their little snouts on and in they're not supposed to!!), but if it is something serious, like parvo, there is NO time to lose!!!
Hope he gets well, and it was just a scare for nothing...

I'm new at dog ownership too & our dog was just really sick. With throwing up/diarrhea I understand the greatest danger is dehydration. Our dog wouldn't drink water so I crushed ice cubes (he wouldn't eat them unless I fed them to him!). I also gave him chicken broth. The next day plain rice (with some powdered Benny Bully's treats so he would actually eat it!) and the next day added some boiled chicken to the rice...then follow with gradually mixing the dog food in with the rice. I visited alot of vet websites and this is what they suggested. He's fine now! Good luck to you
