Thanks for all your good wishes -- pupster's home (same day!) and doing as well as can be exepcted. She's pretty dopey and no doubt sore, but she's resting on a cozy blanky close to us. BTW, she's also a "cone head" -- and it's just as well, cuz this little monkey is bound to be stitch-chewer!

    hehe... cone head !:)

I'm happy to hear that she's home and doing good. Enjoy the "doped up" time (a.k.a. QUIET TIME) while you can!! :)

I know that girls are different, but when we brought Bailey home he was all dopey until about 10:00 pm (when I was exhausted) and then about 1:30 he was RARIN' TO GO!!! (((( LET'S PARTY!! )))) I think he felt the need to make up for lost time....lol

Great.! You know for about the first few hours after sasha got spayed she just lay there wimpering. It was such a sad site. She was dopey too. She did not need a cone.

Thrilled to hear that Stella was able to come home the same day!!!

You can expect some "dopiness" for a little while afterwards, but it won't last long!

    Here's to a quick recovery! :D

Yay!! Happy she's home!!!! I just posted on your other thread and I just noticed this one :? I'm trying to catch up with the posts I've missed the last 3 days..

My girls weren't coneheads.. hee hee... We were told that if it was too difficult to prevent them from licking, we could get them. Our girls had inside stitches (dissolvable), and although they were sneaky and got out of the jammies we put on them, they did quite well :D

    I'm so glad she's doing well! :D
