i just got a new black masked lovebird today.. a woman at my mother in laws work had mentioned that she is trying to find a home 4 this bird b/c she had it w/ another lovebird that had died 2 months ago and since then it has been to noisy 4 her to handle and she was gonna let the bird free if she didnt find a home by the end of the week well i have been looking 4 aother lovebird since mine just passed away not to long ago so agreed to keep it... i am gonna take it to my friend who works at a bird store to feel its pelvis area to guess to see if its male or female but i have also heard that u can sometimes tell by the shape of the tail that if ts female its round and male its square well this ones tail is round sooooo... is this true has anyone ever heard of that??? also i need some names 4 this bird male and female names just in case i have thought of a couple but am not to sure... my son names allour pets after cartoons soooo names like that woudl be helpfull.. so far we r thinking male: stitch female: keyra... http://shutterfly.com/osi.jsp?i=67b0de21b34cd4d92542
