I live in southern Louisiana and I'm looking to buy a cockatiel for Christmas. I've heard that it's better to buy from a breeder than a pet store so I've been looking around for a breeder from around here and I can't find one. I don't want it to be shipped and I don't want to have to drive for more than an hour to get to the breeder. That's why it's so important for the breeder to be near. If anyone can help out I'd appreciate it. Thanx!
