![]() ![]() I have been debating over the topic of getting another cockatiel for quite some time. I have a one year old cockatiel who loves to play. I have read many times that by getting two, the first bird becomes less affectionate towards the owner. Is this true? I love my one year old dearly, but it sometimes seems as though he wants a play mate. He loves playing with the mirror. Although I recently have taken away an extremely large mirror, and he seems very unhappy. He paces along his perch in search of his long lost friend. His cage is far big enough for two. (4ftx3ftx3ft) What should I do? Should I consider two? Thanks, IP: Logged |
