Hi everyone I know I've asked the question before about male vs female dogs, but now I have another one. My hubby and I would really like 2 female puppies.. that being said, since they would be from the same litter what temperaments do you think would work best together. 2 leader type dogs etc..... I'm sure there's no way to know if you'll have a perfect match, and I will discuss all of this with the breeder too. I was just thinking if there is a way to improve the chances of them getting along.. Thanks for any input ps: male/female combination is still in the back of my head.. but, I'd love to have 2 girls. Hi since both the females will be from the same litter there should be no issue's like this to deal with providing both are giving the same care and attention. The best thing to do is when looking at litters is never go for puppies that are too pushy or too quiet the ones that just sit and wait for attention make the best family pets. The more pushy puppies and the ones that are too quiet end up being better as an only pet or in a one dog family. Find out everything you can about different breeds you like and weigh up the pros and cons of the breed and what is best for your lifestyle and activities you and your family might like to do with the dogs. good luck and hope you find your perfect dogs. I've had better luck with puppies from diffrent litters. That is for working dogs of course. IP: Logged |
