I found the cutest doggie site - it's called dogster.com and it's the most adorable site I've found so far. I highly recommend it, especially if you are a freak like me and love reading about other dogs, and especially seeing pictures! (That's the advantage over message boards)

And yes, OF COURSE, Bailey has a page (what else does one do on a Friday night when the hubby is already asleep and it's raining outside?? hehe). Anyhow, check it out:

Oh, I didn't realize you didn't have your baby yet! that's okay, I'm sure you'll share lots'o pics afterwards. I know i drove eeeeeeeveryone nuts when we got Bailey! hehe.

Bailey is about 12 lbs-ish. You'll love the site, and there are a few other shihpoos on there (you have to search under shihtzu)

I didn't see any other shih poos on the site, but I think I am doing something wrong! LOL!

I clicked on 'advanced search' and chose shih tzu.. then chose 'mutts'.. it brought up 6 dogs but none were shih poos ~ what did I do wrong?

I'm editing this post, because I just figured it out... I didn't check the 'mutts' tab and it brought up more dogs and shih poos!

as far as dogster.com.... the site is really great. I am recommending it again to all my fellow auspet'ers hehe... I would love to see some of your furbabies on the site. Especially those who we've "chatted" with, but haven't been able to see your babies!! You guys would really enjoy it....it's very entertaining and the dogs are tooooooo darn cute.

That is a grrrrreat name! hehe.... (especially if it's a POOOOOODLE!) I love it! I thought the same thing about the dogster.com site.. it's a great way to get name ideas! A friend's dog just had puppies and there are three..... I told her they needed temporary names and to check out the dogster site for ideas. She told me that she got wayyyyy too many choices now hehe

I am getting some pics developed of Mickey & Tigger with their new haircut, so I am waiting for them that way I can include them on my page.

As far as the Christmas picture goes...well, the people at Petsmart put it in a picture frame ornament type thing, and I don't have a clue as how to get it out of there! They did give me a copy of the picture, but I seemed to have misplaced (yes, I am avoiding the word lost)! Maybe I'll try scanning the whole thing, picture frame and all, and see if it turns out.

Quick question concerning dogster~
Didn't you say that you were using yahoo to upload you pictures on? If yes, were you able to transfer your pictures from there onto dogster? I just wonder if I will have the same problems as I have with this board.

Oh you're right about the Petsmart picture being in the frame. I forgot that we took our digital camera and took pics ourselves, so that's why I didn't even think you wouldn't have it digitally. (derrr!) Well if you get a chance to scan, then COOOOOL!

As far as dogster.com...... no, I had my pictures on my hard drive that I uploaded on to dogster's site. Yes, I also had them uploaded on yahoo/geocities site, but I didn't transfer between the two sites -- I just took directly off my hard drive.

What kind of new hair cut did you get for Mickey and Tigger????

Ohhhh, I didn't realize that you could directly upload them on to dogster. All my pics are scanned and saved on my hard drive, so I will just upload them directly onto dogster...problem solved!

Mickey & Tigger got what is referred to as puppy cut. Basically, they have a short haircut now rather than the long (or semi-long I should say) hair. Their new "do" has really cut back on the brushing time which is a great bonus...plus the cut is too cute!!!
