I would like it if someone would please tell me waht a good shampoo or conditioner for a pom is? I need something that smells good and is conditioning for her matting and skin.

I use an aloe and oatmeal shampoo I get at the vet .Also there is a spray on wet hair or dry conditioner you can get at petsmart/petco and it will take those mats right out afterleaving on for about 10 minutes and brushing ,it refreshes also .Ask your petsmart /petco manager where to find it .
