Hello about 1 month ago my puppy was in heat she is only 7 months old, and now she is done being in heat but her bottom two nipples are really, really big and she has 2 lumps above that in her stomach. We live in an apartment and always take her out by lease so I know she hasn't had any contact with a male dog so what could this be from. Please help thank you.
