Thank you for your messages. Unfortunately my little Linus died yesterday, of a virus which deformed his liver and intestines. I am extremely sad. My heart is really broken. He meant so much to me, as he was my "1 month married" gift from my husband. We are both in tears. He was only 3 months old and the cutest little thing. I really appreciate all the comments, I would send a picture of him, but I am too sad to look at them in this moment, please keep in touch. thank you all. Love Lucia

Oh Lucia, I am so very sorry. I know exactly what you are going through right now. My Tootsie just passed away yesterday. Its so hard to lose them. We love them so much and only want the best for them. The main thing to look at is they are no longer suffering. That we loved them as much as possible and they knew it.
They say it will get better, and that in time we will heal. He knew he was loved. My friend said something that helped me out alot last night.
Every time we are sad, our dogs do everything they can to make us happy...the tail wags, the kisses, being goofy just to make us laugh.
They would not want us to grieve, or be sad just because they were gone. If they were with us today they would do everything in their power to stop us from crying.
I know that it dosent stop the tears to think of this, it almost makes them worse. I know it is true though. Im sure Linus would be confused and kissing your face trying to make it better. Just like Tootsie would be doing her happy dance and trying to lick my nose.
If you need to talk anytime let me know, I have a comfy shoulder and its already stocked with kleenexes.

I am so sorry to hear that he passed away .
I could not be of any use in your case as I did not know what the problem was and there are some things one cannot speculate on .
I am sure that he knew you loved him and he loved you .As Mayday has said ,time and happy thoughts of the special life that he was will help .I will pray that you find peace and light as you grieve over the loss of such a sweet baby .Let us know how you are over time and May God Bless .

I'm so sorry for both of you. I don't look forward to being in the same situation. I will be heart broken also. Your pups both knew how much you loved them. Hopefully they have found each other and are romping around telling each other how much their moms loved them.
