I heard Turkey is protein for cats and that every now & then, its ok to give cats turkey. Do you agree?? What else is protein?

Any kind of meat would provide additional protein. Turkey and other meats are fine for cats as long as they are givin in moderation.

My cat loves turkey too. I use it as a treat from time to time since he won't eat the cat treats that they sell in stores. It works great to get him into his carrier! I just put some deli turkey in the back and he goes in after it.

My one cat has diabeties, so I give him a little bit of turkey and as he east it, I give him the insulin shot. The vet said it was protein, and that it was ok, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't the only one and that its ok to do. Thanks for writing me back!
