![]() ![]() ![]() Hi all. I have a 3 month kitten named Zak. He just went to have his vacciation yesterday and the vet gave him a clean bill of health, but I forgot to ask her is it normal for a kitten to drool? Only seems to drool when he is sleeping or when it is warm, he doesnt do it all the time. Is this a natural thing or something I should be worried about. I know that dogs drool but I have never heard of cats drool. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Hi shelley, i have a three year old cat and he drools when he is happy ie being petted. its most annoying when he rubs his face against mine and i will have a wet trail up my cheek!!! Often cats will have wet noses when they are too hot its thier way of sweating maybe this is your kittens way of cooling down. I wouldn't worry too much but if you are worried at all you could give your vet a call. hope this helps IP: Logged |
