i know this is a cat room but ive tried the bird one and havent gotten any responces.... i am looking 4 lovebirds..... any color any breed doesnt matter breeder lovebirds or hand raised.... if u can help plezz let me know.....

Hello. You may want to try your local paper and check the classified section. They often have an animal/bird/reptile section where people want to either sell them or find them a home. You could also ask the people at your local pet supply if they know of anyone that has any for sale or if you could hang a flier in their window asking for them.

Well I have 6 parakeets and I saw 5 love birds at my local pet store and I think you should check your local pet store. Because most pet stores have a bird section but I am not sure on the prices but they are beautiful animals. Just surgesting. Because I have heard that the paper isn't the best place to look.

You can also check http://www.petfinder.com where you might find some in a shelter for adoption or in their classified section. Good luck.

thank u eveyone 4 the info.. but i have treid the newspapaer as a matter of fact today i called about a love bird and when i was on my way (an hour away from where i live ) i got a call from the woman when i was 5 min away from her house saying she had just sold the lovbird a few min ago when she knew i was comming to get it... i have went to buy alot of things outta the newspapare and half of what i went to get that same thing has happened..pet shops there is only 1 pet store that i trust around here toget any animals from and they have no lovebirds at the min... soooo...petfinder has no lovebirds in my state posted....and my sister in law works at animal control so if they have any come in there she will let me know....but other then that im still looking.....
