Your kitty could be anywhere...check under the bed thorughlly(spelling), check behind your fridge, under dressers, under couchs and behind. My kitty was missing once, I went looking for him all over my apartment, i looked under the bed three times. I started crying I thought he was gone or got out somehow, turns out he WAS under the bed, cats are just good at hiding if they want to be. goodluck, i hope you find your cat. IP: Logged |

how old is your kitty? Did someone maybe hold a door open to long and maybe he slipped out? If he is in your house he will probley come out when it is time to eat, he should come out eventually. how long has he been missing? IP: Logged |

I couldn't find my cat for 5 hours when I was moving into my new place one time. There was nothing in the house and I still couldn't find him. I figured he must have gotten out and I even put up signs in the neighborhood. Finally 5 hours later I found him crammed under the washing machine. There was just enough room for him to squeeze under there and hide. IP: Logged |

If he is stuck he will probably cry. One of mine got stuck in a wall in the basement. I followed the yowling and had to pull a board off to get her out. IP: Logged |

oh my this reminds me of when my Anushka went 'missing' just 2 weeks ago. It was a stormy afternoon, I had been watching her closely because the kittens were due at any time... then , she went missing. Now my cats are strictly indoors only, and I really kept reminding myself "she HAS to me inside somewhere" but I looked EVERYWHERE and more that 3 times !!!! then I started doubting and second guessing myself....did I open the front door ? could she have slipped passed unnoticed ?? is she out there having kittens somewhere ? Is she locked up somewhere and delivering them right now ?? then I began to panick, I had been searching and searching for over 1/2 an hour, calling/ screaming her name..... I rang my husband in tears ( not sure why, what could he do ?) he calmed me down and while on the cordless phone with him , I searched again.... I finally found her wedged between a cardboard box and the wall, tucked under a low lying cabinet..... I could hardly see but her eyes glowed just a little bit when I looked. She must have been so scared of the thunder ! boy was I relieved to see her ! IP: Logged |
