my cat kiki is 1 year old, she stopped eating 7 days ago and any thing she did eat she threw back up. I took her to the vets and he gave her an injection to stop her being sick, antibiotics and special food. However she will not touch this food and doesnt seem intrested in eating at all any tips on how to encourage her to eat i am worried she will starve herself to death. HELP

Maybe you can get her to eat some jar baby food (just make sure its onion free) or even mix a bit in with the food your vet gave you to try and entice her?
I would also contact your vet(if you have'nt done so already)to make them aware of the situation and see if they can advise you further on getting her to eat. Good luck.

You can give her nutrical or some other vitamin paste until she feels better and eats on her own.

My Harry, a 5 1/2 year old tomcat stopped eating over two weeks ago. He has been fed with a shringe until today when he stopped eating. He did drink water and stopped that today too. Vets say he has leukemia> We have did all know to help and nothing is working.

He is so weak now he barely gets around, not in pain but weak and no hope so far but I hadn't give up.
