I adopted a 12 year old siamese a little over a year ago. Her owners gave her up because of a move. I recently moved and right before the move Little Kitty started to lose her hair. She is quite anxious and I thought after the move she would calm down and the hair loss would stop... but it has not. She has lost most of her belly hair and a large patch on her back. Any thoughts?

You say it started before you moved? Was her life stressful at that point. If the hairloss started at the same time or after the move I might think it was stress induced. If it started before the stressful event, it could be from allergies. When did the hairloss start, and where exactly is she losing it?
