I just got a new kitten and I want to know why he sleeps so much. Also I have found that he loves to be petted ALOT!!!! But for some reason doesn't like for his belly to be rubbed? Also he eats like a horse!!!!!

You're lucky. It seems like you have a good healthy kitty there.
Cats and kittens need a lot of sleep. That's just the way they are.
Your kitten eats a lot, because he is growing.
As for not wanting his belly rubbed, it's probably because he's a bit full from all the food he's eating. Not all cats like their belly to be rubbed.
