Yes it is a joke. I sent an email to the webmaster and a couple of people who had the link on their page telling them it shouldn't be there. Some stupid person who doesn't know it is a joke is going to try it and hurt a kitten in the process. No one replied to my email.

I had seen this website a couple years ago, and I e-mailed the Society to Protect animals the link, and they also said it is definitely a hoax website. They said they thoroughly investigated it, and at that time it was removed, but it looks like they're starting up again. Some people are so sick in this world.

Wether its a hoax or not that is disgusting, some idiot out there will try this.

What joy or fun do people get from putting things like that on websites i think they need a reality check and a mental assesment to check there brain is functioning properly

This is a sick joke. PETA I believe is looking into this. The reason these people can not be caught is that they keep changing the IP address. There are alot of issues pertaining to if they could do anything to them or not. As long as the cats have food water and shelter. Horrible horrible horrible
