I promised I would keep everyone informed about Morris'lip tumor which was a big question mark from the beginning. After his boo-boo on my girlfriends recliner Morris is doing Ok and using his litter box like any other healthy cat would do. At the time I was concerned that maybe cancer had spread to his bowels or something but this isn't the case and what happen that day on the recliner is a mystery. His lip as far as any swelling is concerned is staying down and doesn't look like he is sticking his tongue out as much or I should say it used to look like he had his tongue out all the time. He is eating and drinking well but every now and then he will get what appears to be trying to pass a hairball but nothing every comes out it's like the dry heaves. I keep him brushed every other day so he doesn't bother his lip. He is full of purrs and doesn't mind jumping on my lap as soon as I sit down. He playfully paws me before he lays on my lap not sure what that means but must mean he owns me. To me if this was a lip cancerous tumor on his lower lip Morris would be going down hill fast but he is more alive than ever lately and hope he stays this way. Just letting you know. Mac IP: Logged |
