The picture you wish to post must be on a webpage already. You have to go to the webpage and right click on the picture, then click on "properties" when the tool bar pops up. Then you will see the URL address and you must copy it and then past it between . If you right click with your mouse on the picture I posted above you will see the toolbar and you can click on "properties" then you will see "Address: URL" followed by an http:// which is what you need to copy. Hope this helps you figure it out. IP: Logged |

Blaklilac - if your talking about the one lying on the chair with the black/white cat....his name is Mr.Chieveous but I just call him Chieve. The names of the rest of them are : Bean (the brown/black tabby), Natalie (the multi - colored dog with one blue eye), Hoggle (the grey/cream tabby), Steven (the guinea pig), Cheive (the grey one), Bella (the black/white one), Sebastian (the toy poodle), Tiddy (the fluffy, longhaired grey one) and Rhiannon (the siamese mix). Garith77 - it looks like you forgot the brackets. There should be a after it with no spaces between them and the URL. BTW, your stray is very pretty. I'll see if it will work for me: [img]http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0QwBSA5wT9oU!*oll22bL1shwaGr5!hhZtYA!pdNrZQb5btFDDhNBC8HpC!pBK737b37pebNbT!pWiA9TmP!6KOQ*nwiwGft*GZnQawCRfBM/CLEO-3.jpg?dc=4675431230644076305[/i mg] IP: Logged |

nern I thought I did what you said, but who knows. Thanks for the comment about Cleo. She was fixed and declawed and in perfect health. Its a wonder how she ended up in the hallway of our 10th floor apt. IP: Logged |

Really?! i picked up a stray recently myself. Fixed and declawed also, with a very friendly personality. I put up flyers and newspaper ads, but no one called, so he's mine now. Why would anyone lose/abandon perfectly good kitties? I consider my pets like members of the family, how can people be careless like that. IP: Logged |

I know We called all the animal control centers and I personally knocked on all 40 doors on the 10th floor and no one knew anything about a cat. I carried her door to door. It makes you wonder if someone moved and left her behind on purpose. IP: Logged |

I would'nt be suprised. People can be so cruel just dumping pets like they are trash. A few years ago I rescued a pregnant cat and her 2 kittens after their owner had moved out of state and left them in the empty apartment all closed in. As soon as I heard this I rushed there to get them...they had been there for an entire week alone and who knows when they ran out of food but the way Luna ate it appeared that it had been a while since her last meal(and the poor thing was still nursing at that time!). I was able to rehome her,one of the 2 kittens (I ended up keeping the other one, Bean) that were abandoned with her in the apartment and all 6 of the kittens she had soon after I took her. She was such a sweet cat and those 2 tiny kittens!!! I can't beleive someone would be so heartless to leave them like that! Incidently, I ended up with Chieve and Bella after someone had dumped them on my friend's farm. According to her its quite common for people to drive down her road and dump their unwanted cats. Her neighbor took the young kitten that was dumped with them. The owner of the farm could'nt keep them because she already had 2 cats that she ended up keeping after they were dumped there over previous years. It makes me so sad that people do this. I hate when people do that. Its like if you are going to beat or dump your animals why get them. I hate when people do those kind of things IP: Logged |

Everyone's pictures are so cute. I'll have to scan pics of my kitties and post them. I have rolls upon rolls of film of them. I'm glad I'm not the only one! [This message has been edited by lucidity03 (edited 07-22-2003).] IP: Logged |
