I've been taking care of this kitten since last Tuesday. His mom was a stray and had 4 kittens, she got scared one day and took all but one and so I took it upon myself to take care of him. I havn't seen him take a dump for a few days now. I can't even remember if he ever has. He pee's okay, I even use a warm cotton ball but he never takes a dump. Any suggestions? IP: Logged |

I am not an expert, but I have raised some orphan kitties from about the age two weeks and older. Honestly, I can't remember the kittens ever pooping when they were stimulated. They always peed, though. It seemed like they might have pooped a little bit when they were in their bed, though, but you could barely see it. Anyway, this was my experience, and my two week orphans have grown up to be fine. Hope this helps or someone else can answer you better. IP: Logged |

I don't have alot of experiance with kittens, but you can try rubbing it a little harder to try to stimulate it.If that doesn't work,I would call a vet and see what they say.Good luck and hope everything goes great with sweet baby. IP: Logged |

Babes, educated instructions can be given by simply calling a veterinarian, surely no visit would be required.Otherwise the guys that work at reputable pet shops seem to know plenty,to my knowledge. IP: Logged |
