My husband and I are expecting our first baby any day now. We have had our male cat for five years now and he has never sprayed, even before he was fixed. I recently had my baby shower and received a beautiful playpen with the bassinet and change table all in one. My male cat has sprayed in it twice now and I don't know what to do. I keep cleaning it and he keeps coming back to it. I don't want to get rid of my cat, but I have to get him to stop. How do I get him to stop spraying in my playpen? Jennifer IP: Logged |

my sister had the same problem, she was told to get a water pistol or flower mister and spray the cats face (not too close) they then think they are spraying themselves and hopefully stop it.good luck with your cat and my best wishes for the birth of your baby. IP: Logged |
