My cat is 14-yrs. old. At times she'll howl for no reason. Her bowel movements are fine, she eats, and can still climb stairs. This evening she was howling again and I found her under a bed drooling and what looks like heavy panting. Her gums and tounge are still pink. She has lost a fair amount of weight and her backbone is more defined. She has been an indoor cat for all her life. She has been spayed. What do I do? IP: Logged |

Hi! I'm sorry to hear about your cat but to put it simply, take her to the vet right away. Please keep us posted on how she's doing! IP: Logged |
