I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas or suggestions to stop my kitten's tendency to bite. He is about 6 1/2 months old and was recently neutered. I took him home when we was very young. His mother was killed by a car and he left his siblings at around the age of 8 weeks. He was extremely docile at first but then started biting, and the behavior has only gotten progressively worse. I've been told by my vet that this is because he never learned proper socialization skills. I feel like I've tried everything: spraying with water, removing him when he bites, making sure he has toys/enough playtime....Nothing is working and having him neutered hasn't proven to calm him at all. He's getting bigger and stonger and biting a whole lot harder. Help!!! IP: Logged |

No, I hadn't thought of that. Thank you for the suggestion! IP: Logged |
