My dear cat was bitten by a brown snake. She has taken really well to the antivenom injection and she is now home. I would like some info. on care after a snake bite. She is still very sick and staggers around. The vet has given me no info. on the "what now". Will she fully recover??

Hope your cat is ok - can you give me some symptoms of what a cat is like after a bite?
I have a 2 yo cat that is very lethargic - i was wondering if was a snake bite since its been hot here - he was fine when went out in the morning - that night found him lying on chair outside hardly able move - hes eating and drinking but thats about all the energy seems to have at present and has been nearly 2 days - thers no other symptoms to suggest anything to cause this

PS Ifound this site/post doing a search for snake bits in cats.
