From what I understand, you can have them cropped at any age, as long as you can find a vet willing to do it. A lot of vet's will do it up to 6 months......

I just wanted to say that is some great photoshop editing you did. And if you do get the crop go with the longer ones.

Ear cropping can be done at any age.

Here is a real before and after, he was done at about 11 months.
