okay i've been reading different dogs pedigrees on the net and i dont know what some of the abreviations mean. POR? and what does it mean if they say something like "heavy" bred chinaman? i know that chinaman is the blood line but what does heavy mean? also what is top side? IP: Logged |

I think ROM is (Registry Of Merrit) if i'm not mistaken I dont no what POR stands for, Mabe True_Pits will know. Or go to the ADBA website thats where most of the old time blood lines are registard. IP: Logged |

True Pits does know and did answer the ? on the pet lovers forum. Except the chinaman question wasn't presented. On ADBA site they don't have that stuff listed as far as I know. "Heavy" bred chinaman is just inbred chinaman, a heavy bred dog is a dog with a large % of "x" bloodline. IP: Logged |
