My Presa and I are nearly finished our first level of obedience. I intend to carry on until we finish our level 3. My trainer has other options after your obedience levels are finished. Don't know what to pick.... I want to continue new activities with him, but am not into agility...would consider tracking or schutzund..never owned this type of breed before and was wondering what owners typically have the most success with. He has a medium guard instinct in familliar place, but otherwise is still just retarded goofy pup. Any suggestions would be helpful. IP: Logged |

Congrats to you and your Presa! That is just too cool. I love to hear things like this, particularly in the 'considered' dangerous breeds. Really, just so cool. Keep it up! Tracking or Schutzund, well both take a lot of work on both YOU and your dog. Take your dog to both types of trainers for evaluation and see exactly which one (if any) your dog has the 'nac' for. He might not be good for either one, but you will never know. It is good that you want to do 'something' with your 'dangerous' dog. lol... ------------------ IP: Logged |

What about Rally O ?? Rally obedience, or “Rally-o” as it’s quickly being termed by enthusiasts, is the latest American Kennel Club event to hit the show circuit. Go to any web site and check it out!!! IP: Logged |
