i just went to realpitbull website and i did the find the pit bull test.
in the end i found out that there was no pit bull in the group of pictures.
i just have one question.
everyone i have asked in here has told me that pit bulls and amstaffs are the same dog.
but when i did the test there was a amstaff in the photoes but the person who made the test said there wasnt any pit bull in the photoes.and since everyone says that pit bulls and amstaffs are the same dog then why was there and amstaff in the photoes.

i don't think that they're the SAME, although similiar, i think the purpose of that test was to show how people mistake other dogs for pit bulls in dog attacks....

The pit bull/AmStaff debate will always go on, and on and on....

I for one think they are the same, as do most anyone who own and show in both AKC and UKC with the 'same' dog, (which of course is dual registered with UKC/AKC.) Of course, this same dog is called AmStaff in the AKC and APBT in UKC. The structure can be a bit different, and I can tell the difference, but the structure on UKC dogs are also changing if you ask me. Different bloodlines produce different looking dogs. My UKC reg. APBTs would have a better chance with AKC then ADBA if they weren't rednoses. Anyway, this is a topic that will be debated forever. It is really something you have to decide upon yourself once you read up on the history, and the course these dogs have been as far as the registries.
My opinion only!
