Amstaffs are a great breed and are very similar to the APBT. Any bully breed is going to be "bull" headed so obediance class is a must. I believe in the earlier the better so they don't pick up any bad habits. They are very smart dogs and catch on very quickly. Good luck and do you have any pics to share?

HEY NEMESIS, CONGRATULATIONS ON ACQUIRING YOUR AMSTAFF. I TOO HAVE AN AMSTAFF. YOURE GOING TO HAVE TO BE VERY FIRM WITH IT, NEVER BACK DOWN OR GIVE IN. OH AND NEVER, NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LET IT SLEEP ON YOUR BED. THEY'LL TAKE OVER IT. THEY DO LEARN VERY QUICK, JUST BE PATIENT AND REPETATIVE. THE WAY I TRAINED BY BABY IS WITH DOGGY TREATS. DON'T GET ME WRONG THERES THINGS SHE STILL WON'T DO, EVEN WITH TREATS. GOOD LUCK.
