yup... I`m new around here so excuse if I`m wrong. But what are u really trying to do? Do you really wanna help homeless dogs or just talk about their poor situation. I`m from Romania and believe what u see here u can`t see anywhere in the world... There are milions of homeless dogs...Ok...I didn`t subscribe here to complain...I just wanna see if someone can help me...I don`t know...may be to found a shelter for these dogs...The problem is money...Can someone help me? Give some ideas on stonedbrain2003@yahoo.com and I'll write you back...So, remember...we are full of complains...We need solutions!

im a little confused....there are millions of dogs just roaming the streets, or they're in shelters, which is it? do they have anything like an animal control in romania. we have millions of dogs in shelters. the solution to your problem is for the wrong people to stop getting dogs, and the reasponsible owners need to have their pets spayed or neutered. the fact of the matter is that if everyone cared about their pets like they should we wouldn't have this to deal with right now, but thats not the case, is it. people will always have animals to abuse, just like childeren are abused. it will always exist. until we live in a perfect world, we will continue to face these problems so in my opinion the best thing we can do is try and stop people from purchasing animals from back yard breeders, and advocate the importance of getting your pets spayed and or neutered. and try and adopt an animal from a shelter instead of buying one from a breeder.

Unfortunately not all countries can afford to care for pets as they do in N.A. But there is no easy solution - and it IS a problem in many areas of the world.
