Well, if you want anyone to take your dogs seriously, either the ADBA (American Dog Breeders Association) or the UKC (United Kennel Club) for APBTs, but both require the parent dogs to have registration with them as APBTs. Now, if you want to send $25, me (errmmm... we)with the callemwhatyawantaslongaswegetthecash registry will be morew than happy to take your money and register them as whatever you want, complete with your very own copy of their registration certificate, to be proudly hung on the wall or fridge (or used as TP in an emergency, because that's about what it'll be worth ).

Seriously, why is it so important that the dog(s) is/are registered, and why didn't you bother to check into this stuff BEFORE you got the dog(s)?
