Bleeding from the gums is normal. i wouldn't worry about it too much. You should get her shots as soon as possible to protect her from getting any life threatening diseases.

What's up "jos55428",
Your 7 month young Pitbull is in a stage in her life where she's going to be loosing her puppy teeth, and grow in her adult (permanent) teeth.
It'll be a good idea to not play rough w/ your tug-of-war-games for a while, as this will only cause unnecessary bleeding of her gums and very possibly damage her new adult teeth comming in/through. I'm not saying don't play tug-of-war, i'm just suggesting to play a lot gentler. Possibly play w/ a softer toy as well, like a stuff doll, w/ nothing hard on it (like marble eyeballs, or plastic noses, etc).
You don't want to force her loose puppy teeth to come out by any yanking, or breaking from rough play. You'll want to have this happen naturally for her. Like possibly her loosing it while she eat's her dog food/kibble. Try to keep her from chewing extra hard things too, like bones, rocks, in stuff.
The bleeding from what you've described sounds normal, as long as it does'nt get excessive.
She's going to want to chew on almost anything, and this is normal as well. This is just a natural instinct for them to get some type of comfort in their gums from the old teeth falling out, and the new permanent adult teeth protruding through. Giving her stuff dolls/teddy bears/etc., is going to be good for her at this stage of her "teething". Just make sure that theres nothing she can take off of the stuffed animals, like what i mentioned above (plastic eyeballs, noses, etc.).

Get her to a veterinarian ASAP, to get her started on her vaccinations. Tell the Vet as much as you know of her medical history/records. If none, or don't know, they'll know what to do. It's VERY important to get her vaccinated. Theres a good number of viruses, & diseases out there/EVERYWHERE that are highly contagious to dogs, especially if they hav'nt been given their shots. This is a must do, & should have started her series of vaccinations at 4 months. Well, 4 months is the law here in California. I'm not sure about your area.

Take care of her & read-up on the breed, this WILL only help you both... Later!
