A well bred ,trained, socialized, etc pit bull will never attack a child for no reason. A mistake alot of people make these days is accepting a bad temperament and thinking it is normal. Pit bulls can easily have dog aggression but they should not have people aggression (including that of a child) when unprovoked. Well bred pit bulls are some of the most people friendly dogs on earth. The ones you see in the news and in the papers that get loose and bite kids for no reason are either 1)poorly bred, 2)poorly trained and socialized, or 3) Both poorly bred and poorly trained.
