i have a new cage made of wood and chicken wire screen. Im just afraid to put them because it has that smell which im not sure of if it could be just the new wood or the glue they used to stick the wood together. of course they used nails. theres slightly a little varnish on the outside. im worried it might be harmful to the guinea pigs health.. will it? it has been 5 days since it was made. i thought the smell would disappear. but it is slightly there still...
