About 1.5 weeks ago i bought my second parapkeet, and as you know i had my bird pass away about 3 weeks ago. its beeen hard with my new bird and old bird getting along. they have just now started preening.they get along when the are out of the cages but when i set the new bird in the big cage with my old bird my old bird sometimes get in little arguments with the new one. i am think territorail things. if i re arrange every toy and perch will this break her territory? thanks kyle

Hi sorry to hear about losing your bird.
If rearanging toys and perches does not stop the arguments you can try putting them both in the new birds cage for about a week and things should settle down.

If they are preening each other outside the cage they should be ok in the cage after a couple of hours together.
