hey,Now that kiwi and shelby have bonded they cant be seperated. When they are seperated kiwi gives a dreadful sqeek! and when i put on on one couch and the other on a differnet one they fly to each other. its is so funny. i just wanted to tell you about how bonded they have gotten in 1 month and 1/2. kyle

sorry, im new so i dont know if you have mentioned it before but im wondering: what kind of birds? I have never owned budgies but i am told that once they bond it is for life and they will not accept a new mate and usually die if their mate dies. I dont know, I breed cockatiels and many people also say that cockatiel bond for life but that is not true. my female pearl tiel has gone through 3 mates nd she is fine and my one of my male tiels was put with another female and theyve gotten to work right away.
