![]() ![]() ![]() Hi Budgies are great birds they come in a colours and are very chatty they can also be taught simple words like hello. I have never known budgies to be noisy during the night unless they have babies and you soon find its the babies making the noises as they want to be fed hehehehe. With budgies you can keep 2 of the same sex in the same cage usually without any problems even 2males together are fine they only usually fight each other if a female is placed in the cage with them and the males will fight over which one is going to be her mate. mike IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I had a Parakeet in March that I named Periwinkle because he was light blue. My dog Megan wanted to eat him though, and wouldn't stay away from the cage, so I had to return Periwinkle to the pet store. It was really sad. If you are going to get one, be careful if you have any other pets. I kept Periwinkles cage in my room, and he would only wake me up in the morning when he walked around on the bottom of his cage because there was newspaper there. I would recomend a Parakeet!!
