I have a lutino cockatiel who is im guessing 9 months I have had him since he was 7 months old. I have gotten him from pet cetera just a day after my budgie had died. He was not handfed so I new i have another challenge on my hands. I had hand tamed my previous bird the budgie. So I thought it would be really easy and it is my bird has gotten on my hand and nibbled on me too!
