in what sence as in feathers or the wing span itself....
the wing span will grow with the bird growing and as for the feathers depends how badly they lost them one of my budgies has lost all his flight feathers on one wing which i found strange that was 2months ago and they have started coming back now thankfully as he looked a little odd hehehehe

It usually takes a really long time for the feathers to grow back. But you will notice that sometimes new feathers will grow in. Wait untill those are fully grown in. Always look at the base of the feathers first before you cut them in case there are blood feathers.

If you gets your bird's wings trimmed 3x a year you won't have to worry about them flying out a window! Hope this helps!
