Hi,

I'm a year into the riding scene and absolutely loving it. Enough to convince me to purchase my own. I'm looking for a Irish TBX 5-7 years 16-17h. Any ideas on the kind of prices to pay (€ or £), and pitfalls to avoid?

Check out all your local Equine rescue organizations. THey are allways filled with Excellent horses your describing. LSER.Org has some great horses!!!

In the rescues you'll probably pay anywhere from $100 - $2500.
Depends on the level of training, health, age, availbility as well.

check out www.penmerryl.com one of my friends just sent me that site earlier today, her father bought a couple horses off there, and helps them train. they have some nice horses. above my price range, but very nice, none the less.
