I have two mares and my neighbor who lives across the street also owns the lot next to me. He has a Stallion and @ 8 mares that he breed on the lot next to me. When I'm trying to train my horses his Stallion charges and sometime hits the fence thus making progress with my horses very slow. Do yo have any suggestions.
