I am a new horse owner and need to know how much feed should an avg. horse be fed and how much feed should a 8 month be fed? They are pinned small but allowed to run on 9 acres (not much green ) in the nicer days and I do hay them. I have been feeding stockman's pride 50/50 two times a day.
