The subject of bronc riding and cruelty is a very important one to those of us in the horse industry. We all only want what is best for our equine friends, but occasionally we strongly disagree as to what this may be.
I have personally had 22 years experience as a rodeo stock contractor, and ask anyone who may be interested in the subject of bronc riding and cruelty to click on the link provided with this message. While I fully acknowledge my view is a biased one, I also believe it to be a very informed one. Thank you.

It is very true that some horses are born to buck! and what better way to make use of their natural tallent then to let them challenge cowboys who think they can ride them. The flank strap is just to help them buck better, it's like a runner wears running shoes to help his running. The horses are not hurt in anyway. If you love to paint be a painter if you love to buck be a rodeo bronc.

Honestly I don't see anything wrong with bronc riding. The horses aren't hurt and whether the rider rides the full time or not they get off and the horse has another victory. The rider always gets off so the horse always thinks they win. It doesn't hurt them, so why are you so against it?
