Hey guys! Sorry to ask so many questions lately, I just seem to know nothing! Anyway, I'm looking for some reliable info on bolivian rams. My lfs has a tank labeled "Assorted ram cichlids, $5.99" There are some that are 1/2 inch and some that are 4 inches in that same tank with the same label and all anybody there can tell me is "They're semi-aggressive".

But I've fallen in love with these little guys and would love to pick up a couple. Everything I find online says rams are peaceful and good community fish. Is this true?

Sorry, I think they are actually blue rams now after looking online. Most places seem to say you can keep them in a community tank that is regularly cleaned so I think I'm going to do some moving around of my tetras to make some ram room!
