i bought a fish, the pet store wasn't sure what it was, they got it on a trade. it was missing a fin and was so cute. his name is mystery fish. i thought he was a black eared cat fish but when i went to research him...NOTHING... but i have seen fish like him, thats why i assumed he was a black-eared cat. but he looks kinda like an irredcent shark but with out the shiney skin and stripes. he's a good boy and has even started to befriend my columbian shark...they have a 5 inch size difference and they are so cute together. I have checked every reference book that I have and there is no such fish listed. Maybe you can try to get another name next time you are at the shop. Scientific names are easier to find. Sorry IP: Logged |

Is there any way you could post a picture of it? Or you could browse through Planet Catfish and see if you can find it there (although that may take you a while). -Chelle IP: Logged |
