can someone suggest any food 4 my R.b's? besides feeders,guppies & superworm.my R.B's are 8mos.old. tenx

How big are they? You can feed them brine shrimp, blackworms, beefheart,ghost shrimp ,and mice when they are big.

i would not sugest mice becuse they will contaminate your water.. hmmm you could try some sort of cichlid stic they might go for it? you could buy a 33 gal tank and breed guppys for them?? that should be inexpensive...

i feed mine hikari cichlid pellets and they seem to love this food. pretty healthy food at that also.

Krill, earthworms, boiled chicken, and white fish meat are some alternatives. Krill will bring out the red on your fish.

Variety is the key.

You can feed mice but you have to remember to clean up any uneaten parts after about an hour. with mine there are no uneaten parts by then LOL.
